No fine print, no surprises. Here's how we work together: what's included, how decisions get made, and how we treat your project after it ships.
Revisions
Two structured revision rounds are included in every engagement. We present the cut and walk you through it. Changes beyond that, or beyond the agreed brief, are quoted before we proceed.
Approvals
You sign off at clear milestones: concept, first cut, final. Nothing moves to the next stage without your go-ahead, and feedback goes through proper review tools, not email chains.
Pricing
Prices are agreed up front, exclusive of 12% VAT. The scope is written down before we start. If something would change the cost, you hear about it first, with a plan attached.
Timelines
Each project has milestones and dates you can see. Timelines assume feedback within about one working day per cycle. If anything slips, you hear it from us first.
Your footage & files
You receive the finished deliverables. Raw footage, project files, and usage rights are set out plainly in the agreement: no fine-print surprises.
One team, one contact
Strategy, production, and editing run through one accountable team. Nothing slips between handoffs because there are no handoffs.
Featuring your work
We only show your project with your say-so.
We're proud of the work we do with clients, and sometimes we'd love to share it: in our portfolio, as a case study, or as a few snippets on social. We never do that without asking.
- We ask for your consent in writing before anything goes public.
- You choose the scope: full video, snippets only, or named vs. anonymous.
- If your project is sensitive or under embargo, it stays private. Full stop.
No consent, no feature. It's that simple. Your trust matters more than our showreel.
